By accessing or using CandiRank ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CandiRank provides AI-assisted resume screening and candidate ranking. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with plans as described on our Pricing page. Results are provided "as is" as an assistive tool and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
  • One account per person or organisation unless agreed in writing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have rights to process.
  • Use the Service to discriminate unlawfully against candidates.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service.
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise system security.
  • Resell, sublicense, or share your account credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and algorithms within the Service are the exclusive property of CandiRank. You retain ownership of the resumes and job descriptions you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service.

6. Billing & Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup.
  • Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI scores are error-free or suitable for any specific hiring purpose. AI-generated scores are recommendations only — final hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the user.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CandiRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, employment decisions, or data loss.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
